What do you say to a client who says, “I’m sure process works for other clients, but I’m different.”
This is tricky territory because they might be. But the risk of you letting them onto a totally new pathway is a high one. And most of the time when clients say they’re different, what they are really saying is that they aren’t willing or ready.
